Customs authorities can charge you import duties when ordering something outside the European Union. Every package passes a few checkpoints and can be charged with several extra costs. These cost are for the customer to bear.
As from the day of delivery, consumers have a 14-day “cooling-off period" during which they can return their order, or part of it, without having to state a reason. The product may only be returned unused and in its undamaged original packaging.

Also when part of the order is returned, the dispatch costs are at the charge of the customer/purchaser, as mentioned in the invoice address. The purchasing price of the returned part of the order will be paid back to the customer on to an account mentioned by the customer (IBAN account number). Dispatch costs are not refunded in such a case.
We need an account number to be able to carry out the refund. Customers outside Belgium must mention their iBAN and their bank's BIC/SWIFT number. The amount paid will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days of the return notification.
